Abstract Praise be to Allah , peace and blessings be upon prophets and messengers of our Prophet Muhammad , upon his family , companions , his family and companions either: Title this Thesis: ""scientific relations between Makkah and the Islamic East ""from the second century to the fourth century AH"" it included introduction, preface , four chapters and Conclusion. Introduction: Showed the importance of the subject and why has chosen, also talked about previous studies on the subject, and the most important difficulties that I faced, the subsequent brief overview of the most important sources and referances used in the search. Preface : Included the names of Makkah , followed by the geography of Makkah , the sanctity of Makkah and virtues, then the scientific study of the relations between Makkah and the Islamic East Chapter I: Highlighted public statms in Makkah during the research period, ranging beneath four topics a religious statms, and political, economic, and social development. Chapter II: Discussed manifestations of prosperity scientific in Makkah during the study period, and included two sections: the first, and was all factors evolution scientific movement, which included (Hajj - neighborliness and Majaoron – Holy Mosque - Business) The second section, and was the study of science and literature that has spread Makkah study period. Chapter III: Included talk about scientific relations between Makkah , Islamic Mashreq, and through four sections, were as follows: Section I: Iraq, the second topic: Fars Country , Section III: Khorasan, irrigation and County mountains, Section IV: Beyond the river. Chapter IV: The culmination of this study , by studying the impact of scientific relations between Makkah and the Orient Islamic scientific movement, and contained in four sections, respectively, where addressed the first research trip to seek knowledge, but the second part was about the development of the scientific movement and spread of science, in Section III Scientific vacation , In the fourth section has been studied science centers in Makkah . Conclusion: The study was terminated conclusion showed the most important search results. And thank God that His grace is righteous
