The topic of the study is about setting a suggested strategy to stop the return of addiction and drug abuse, as well as, taking care of convalesced from addiction. The study was aimed to learn the current efforts' forms for programs of following up care that are provided for convalesced from addiction. In addition, it was aimed to know the nature of guided programs that are provided to convalesced people, and to know the role of the current programs of following up care program to prevent them from drug abuse again. Moreover, it was aimed to know elements of the suggested strategy for following up care program for convalesced from addiction,( Responsibility element, element of service quality that should be include in following up care programs, organization's element that provide the service and supporting it, resources element, and element of people who benefit from convalesced.)
