Abstract

Aluminum ( Al ) element is a light weight metal, silver in color, one of the more metallic elements in the earth's crust and the third abundant element in general after oxygen and silicon. Al represents about 8% of the earth's crust, naturally found in the form attached with some of the elements and there is no individually and be present in the rocks and crust. Al enters in a lot of household wares, canned food ,cosmetics, deodorants and other industry. Because the man uses the previous tools in his daily life, so the body will be exposed to an Al either through food, water or air. Studies and research on the aluminum has been conducted, it found that this element accumulates in many tissues of mammals such as the liver, kidneys, brain, heart and can lead to poisoning these important organs. Liver is one of the largest organs in the body does a lot of vital functions such as removing toxins from the blood, producing the yellow material needed to digest fat, works on the metabolism of food and many other functions. Liver is one of the first members of the body that are affected by toxic substances, as the liver cells for any reason damage leading to liver enzymes leak into the blood, and when you examine these enzymes in the blood are high percentage indicating a defect in the liver. A lot of research done on rats has shown that when exposed to aluminum specific doses it causes toxic effects are clear on the vital organs, including the liver. In contrast, the antioxidant enzymes in the body play an important role in the protection of these vital organs from the toxic substances that the body is exposed...
