Abstract

n the last past few years there is a lot of interesting for semiconductors that belong to the group A111B111Cv1.Single crystal of TlInS2 has a great attention due to its electrical and optical properties. It has more attention for used it in photoconductivity applications. The study of the physical properties for TlInS2 it would give the possibility of using it in the field of technological applications According to previous studies the information on the optical conductivity of this compound is little so the optical measurements included in our thesis.  The aim of our present work is to prepare TlInS2 single crystals by anew local technique modified Bridgman - Stokbager method, and study of photoconductivity (PC) for TlInS2 single crystals.  Results are obtained in the temperature range from 77 to 300K, excitation intensity rang from1000 to7000Lux, applied voltage range from 10 to 70V and in the 400-570 nm wavelength range.  Both the ac-photoconductivity (ac-PC) and the spectral distribution of the photocurrent are studied in different values of light intensity, applied voltage and temperature...
