Abstract

Reason for selecting the topic: -The honorable position of Imam Amer Al-Shuabi as he is regarded one of the most prominent successors who were specialized in Hagith reporting. - At attempt to introduce a research assembling all the reporters to Amer Al-Shuabi as well as manifesting their view of him. Realizing the categories of the reporters of Hadith to a particular Sheikh contributes to reveal the odd illogical reports of Hadith and to point out the righteous reports among the contradicting ones. Thesis contents: includes an introduction, a preface, three parts. part one: a biography of Imam Amer Al-Shuabi including two chapters: chapter one: the social life of Imam Amer Al-Shuabi. Chapter two: the scholastic life of the Imam. Part two: a detailed study around the traits of the reporters to Imam Amer Al-Shuabi including seven chapters. first: proof holding reporters. second the trusted ones. third: the truthful. fourth: Sheikhs. fifth: the weak. Sixth the ignored. seventh: the abandoned ones. Part three: the categories of reporting to Imam Amer Al-Shuabi including seven chapters. first: proof holding reporters. second: the trusted ones. third: the truthful. fourth: Sheikhs. fifth: the weak. Sixth: the ignored. seventh: the abandoned ones then I concluded my research with a variety of indexes. The main results of the research are as forth: 1- The science of Hadith reporting categories ; one of the Hadith sciences sponsored by scholars who mentioned these categories within their writings on Hadith sciences. 2- Realizing the categories of reporters on a certain sheikh contributes to distinguish the favourable reports among the contradicting ones. 3- The most famous followers of Imam Al-Shuabi was Ismael Ibn Abi Khalid Alahmusi 4- Due care should be dedicated to applied studies of the Hadith reports to Sheikhs as this has a great effect on commenting on the Hadith and distinguishing the righteous Hadith of the wrong one.
