Abstract

This study treats an important and recent worldwide problem. It deals with the production of alternative bio-fuels from starchy restaurantsí waste in Saudi Arabia. Kingdom Saudi Arabia has many raw materials, among which the starchy wastes of the restaurants. Wasted-rice is main starchy waste, which is produced in million tons that costs millions of dollars. To achieve the main goal of this study, samples from 8 different resultants were collected and subjected for isolation of the endemic yeasts, then the samples were treated with different pretreatment.
